Attorneys James G. Walker and Kevin Buchholz have been practicing law for over thirty years James Walker was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 1987. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI). Kevin Buchholz is a member of the Federal Bar for the state of New Hampshire. He is admitted to New Hampshire Supreme Court, all New Hampshire state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr.Buchholz is also a member of the New Hampshire Association for Justice and is a court appointed mediator. Michael B. O’Shaughnessy earned his B.A. from Keene State College in 1969 and his J.D. at Albany Law School in 1973.  Attorney O’Shaughnessy is a trial attorney with extensive litigation experience, which includes medical malpractice, bodily injury and personal injury.

Attorney O’Shaughnessy has an active practice in medical malpractice defense in both N.H. Courts and in Federal Court.

Attorney O’Shaughnessy is a director of the law firm O’Shaughnessy, Walker & Buchholz, P.A.  He was a previous partner of the firm of McDonough, O’Shaughnessy, Whaland & Meagher.

Attorney O’Shaughnessy is an active member of the NH Bar Association, Manchester Bar Association, New Hampshire Association for Justice, International Association of Insurance Counsel, American Board of Trial Advocates, American Association for Justice formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Defense Research Institute. Attorney O’Shaughnessy was also the President of Northern New England Defense Counsel Association from 1998-1999.
